The OS-2030T small-format screen printing press features a soft pneumatic system that raises the screen frame up and down vertically keeping the screen ink in the “impact zone”. This flat screen lift method allows the operator to easily load and unload small injection-molded parts such as cigarette lighters, ice scrapers, flying discs (also known as Frisbee™), first aid kit boxes, presentation boxes, CDs and DVDs, and more. It is also very suitable for industrial products such as; circular saw blades, stamped steel panels, chassis and various automotive components. The horizontal printing axis is pneumatically controlled by a rodless cylinder and is quickly adjusted with quick-release stop guides. The machine is also equipped with an X/Y/R table and has an emergency stop button conveniently located on the front of the worktable.
