Single color pad printing machine

This single-color pad printing machine has a variety of sizes to choose from and can print various types of products. This one-color pad printing machine is equipped with a solid welded steel base and features an adjustable floor leveler and a height-adjustable work table. Standard machines are pneumatically driven and controlled by PCB. We also have servomotor-driven machines and provide complete pad printing kits.

The Auto Print single-color pad printing machine has several series: the 125 series, the 175 series and the 250 series. The 125 series is a small-type machine with an ink cup size of 90 mm, suitable for printing small parts. The 175 series is a medium-sized machine, the cup size can vary between 90-180 mm, suitable for printing medium-sized products. The 250 series is a large type machine, the cup size can be 90-140 mm, suitable for printing large size products.

The standard machine is driven by tires and controlled by a printed circuit board (PCB). Depending on different requirements, it can be driven by a servo motor and controlled by a PLC with a touchscreen.
